We finish to Level 4 as standard and offer Level 5 skim-coat finishing for high-gloss paint or critical lighting conditions.

We visit the site, measure every wall and ceiling, note any special requirements — moisture zones, soundproofing, fire-rated assemblies — and provide a written quote with a clear timeline.
We deliver materials, frame where needed, and hang the board. Sheets are cut tight to openings, screwed to code spacing, and backed where joints land on unsupported edges.
Joints are taped, then built up in multiple coats of compound with drying time between each. After the final coat, we sand smooth and inspect under a work light for any imperfections.
We do a walk-through with you, check every wall and corner, and address any touch-ups on the spot. You get paint-ready walls, a clean workspace, and all debris removed.
